The second smart Variant.con was held at the Meliá Hotel in Berlin from 22 to 24 June 2014. The event drew more than 100 participants from more than 80 companies to Berlin to exchange ideas and experience about strategies, processes and solutions for achieving efficient variant management. Guests had the opportunity in various sessions to discuss interactively, ask questions and extend their knowledge of variant management. Furthermore, there were many user presentations in which a number of companies reported direct from their everyday practice about how they are already managing their variants efficiently. Stephan Rückert from our customer Sterling SIHI GmbH presented "Implementing an integrated and end-to-end variant management concept at Sterling Fluid Systems". ACATEC was also represented as a partner at the event. Participants were able to learn about the spyydmaxx® Enterprise product configurator and its versatile applications at the ACATEC partner stand.
